Mobile Quick Sign In from a
smart phone, Ipad or desk
computer etc.
Quick Sign In at 6:00 in the morning before
the event
Entrants can sign in
from two
(2-3) hours before event on
their mobile phone, home
computer, work laptop etc. The
race number will be
assigned to you, and you
will recieve an automatic
SMS message on your mobile
phone stating your race
number, the time of the
event, the day of the event
and any other important
information.

1. Get Number |
This screen is called Get
Number
Go to > DEMO
Type in your name
or surname.
Once located.
Click your name..
& press
NEXT >
Your Name and
Grade and Number
appears.
This will be the
jersey number you
wear, your racing
grade and color
headband to wear.
Click Finish ready
for next rider.
Next rider, enter
your name, press
next.
 Beep. Beep!
Go and check your
mobile phone (available
Live Quick Sign In
ONLY), If you
registered online
one (1) day pre
event, you will
recieve a 'special' SMS
message confirming
your number.
Note: Grades
are automatically
matched to the
rider's name and a
number is assigned.

below)
When you get to the
venue, pick up your
number from the
Race Number Table,
then, Go to the
Cashier and Pay

2. Missing Table
Number |
Occassionally, a
number is missing
from the table...
Go to a Supervisor,
they will Password
LOG IN and provide
the new number.
The next
available new
re-assigned number
with your name and
grade is given to
you.
This new number
will be the race
number you wear,
your racing grade
and color headband
to wear.
Go to the Cashier
and Pay.

3. Changing
Grades |
a)
If you wish to
change grades ONE
(1) WEEK BEFORE
an event, please
send an email to the
Handicapper
here.
b) Changing grades
at an event.
Only a HANDICAPPER
can change your grades at
an event.
Please see a
Handicapper, they can
Login and assist you.
This new number
will be the jersey
number you wear,
your racing grade
and color headband
to wear.

4. Create a new
name |
At any event, you
can bring your
friend and create a
new name. It is
automatically added
to the Starting
List.
First, Fill in all neccessary membership documents, then create a new name on the Starting Lists. Your friend must be CA registered before entering a race.
Instantly, the
person can be
assigned a number
and grade.
It will also send
them an email
confirming their
details.
Automatic SMS
messages are not
available until +24
hours. They can see
and access all
mobile features
during this time,
join in the race and
be added to winners
lists etc but SMS
requires 24 hours
technical setup.
Please fill in all
fields.

5. Show Lists |
Supervisors can
access full entrant
lists and assist
admin.
Grades can be
sorted by Name,
Grade, Number and
UNPAID.

6. Add to favorites

Wow! Bookmark your own page
In the address bar at the top... After the http://www.southernmasters.com type the / (slash)
then... Your initials and the last three (3) numbers of your mobile phone number.
Example... /jb452 ...giving you http://www.southernmasters.com/jb452
then enter.
Save your address to your favorites.
Then... every event day from 6:00 am, you can quickly get your race jersey number from your bookmark favorite... Easy!
First time users... On a race day, use above, then save to bookmark. The 'Your Own' Quick Sign In is available on race day's only. At other times,
you are redirected to the 'demo site for demonstration purposes. So please, on a race day, do it once THEN save the URL to your bookmark favorites.

Entrants can
register via Come &
Try, Join, or
Starting Lists
anytime prior Or at
the event.
Automatic SMS messages
require 24 hours
adminstrator approval before
being activated.
So, please tell
your friends to
register early by
filling in one of
the forms.
