Using forms and sending

 

The SMCC website has a 'anti spam' feature, so you will need to enter a CODE each time you send a form or contact.
 

 
1. Who to contact Where an option to select different people to contact is available, a CHECKBOX LIST will appear.

 

 

To contact ONE person, checkbox their title. (example)

 

On President   Off Secretary  Off Club Captain

 

Off Handicapper  Off Womens Liason Officer

 

 

This will send an email to that person.


 

   
 

 

2. Enter a security code

 

 

Each page that communicates with SMCC has a special random 'anti spam' feature that you must complete.

 

Example:

When the page loads, a special random number appears.

 

Step 1: Type in the code before hitting the submit button.

 

 

Enter the Code *Upper or Lower Case is OK

 

Enter the code, Upper or Lower case

 

You can also reset the code

 

Reset the code. You can use new codes

 

Step 2: Press Submit, this will send the form to SMCC

 

Press submit to complete.

 

After Submit, you will be directed to a thank you page confirming your form.

 

 

 

 

 

   
 

 

3. Entering Rider details and information

 

 

Each club member is responsible for entering their own information and keeping their account up to date.
